How to order?

KOSTURA is exclusively available for purchase here on our website.

What are your modes of payment?

We are currently accepting payments via BPI & GCash for domestic orders and PayPal for international orders.

How long is your payment window?

All orders placed online have a 1 day payment window to be fair to all our clients. Unpaid orders within 24 hours are automatically cancelled by our system.

What are your shipping methods available?

Delivery via our in-house riders (Metro Manila)

Shipping via Ninja Van (Metro Manila / Provincial)

Shipping via DHL (International)

How much is your shipping fee?

₱150 for Metro Manila via our in-house riders

₱180 for Provincial via Ninja Van

$60 for International via DHL

When will my orders arrive?

All confirmed orders are packed and shipped every Monday (International & Bulk Orders), Wednesday, and Friday excluding holidays.

Clients residing in Metro Manila will receive their orders on the same shipping day (Wednesday / Friday) if they chose our in-house riders as mode of delivery.

Estimated & conservative delivery lead time for our third-party couriers are as follows:

7-10 business days via Ninja Van

15-20 business days via DHL

You will receive an email from us once your orders are scheduled for delivery.

Can I book my own shipment?

We only ship via our in-house riders, Ninja Van, and DHL as of the moment for everyone’s safety.
